Privacy
Updated on October 14, 2026
You can browse this website without an account, without a form, without ads and without cookies. I only receive your personal data if you book a call or write to me.
Who is responsible for your data
Martin Drieu la Rochelle (PROPRIA), Paris, France.
For any question: martin@propriatech.io.
When you book a call
Bookings go through Cal.com. There, you provide:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your phone number;
- your company name, if you wish;
- your needs, in a few words;
- the time slot you chose and your time zone.
This information is used for one thing only: preparing and holding our meeting, then getting back to you. It is processed because you asked for this exchange (pre-contractual measures, Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
I do not sell it, I do not pass it on to anyone for advertising, and I do not add you to any mailing list.
When you write to me
By email, WhatsApp, Instagram or LinkedIn: I only use your message to reply to you. These services also apply their own privacy rules.
Who has access to your data
Only me. To operate, I rely on a few technical providers, who host or carry this data on my behalf:
- Cal.com: booking and video calls;
- Supabase: database where I keep the list of my appointments;
- Hostinger: server for my automation tool, and email;
- Apple (iCloud): my calendar;
- Cloudflare: website hosting.
Some of them are based outside the European Union, notably in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.
How long I keep it
If we do not work together: no more than three years after our last exchange. If we do work together: for the duration of the project, then for the period required by law for invoices and accounting records (ten years).
Cookies and audience measurement
This website does not set any cookies.
To know how many people visit it and what they look at, I use Umami, a cookie-free audience measurement tool. It counts visits anonymously: page viewed, referring website, type of device, country. It does not keep your IP address and cannot be used to identify you or follow you from one website to another.
The fonts and animations are hosted on the website itself.
The Cal.com calendar only loads if you click “Book a call”. Cal.com may then use its own cookies: see its privacy policy.
Cloudflare, which hosts the website, records technical connection data (IP address, browser) to protect it and keep it running.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, receive a copy of it, or object to its use. Write to me at martin@propriatech.io: I will reply within one month.
If my answer does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
